I have used Kara for both virtual training and massage. Kara approaches each workout with enthusiasm, energy, and a touch of humor. Though I don’t find some exercises funny, her goofiness and sometimes bad jokes, pushes me forward. Kara truly cares about helping others stay fit and healthy for the things they enjoy in life.
