I feel so much more in shape

Kara, oh Kara. I love that ray of sunshine in the mornings. I’ve been consistently training with Kara in my home since the pandemic began and at the gym, even before she started her own personal training business. I feel so much more in shape since I made this 3-days-a-week commitment to work with Kara. I’m 72 and I want to be active and continue to flyfish and stay strong. She works around my aches and pains with my knee and sometimes my shoulder. I am so grateful to have her in my physical fitness routine. She is very knowledgeable about the body and how and what type of stretching can help extend my range of motion. She adds in a bit of balance routines from time to time to help with my stability. And she gives a great massage.
