Classes with Kara kept me sane during the pandemic! She has a trick of combining hard work with lots of fun. She is endlessly creative, able to adapt the classes to skill and fitness levels so that I always come away knowing I have done a thorough workout. I would highly recommend her as a fitness coach.

I have used Kara for both virtual training and massage. Kara approaches each workout with enthusiasm, energy, and a touch of humor. Though I don’t find some exercises funny, her goofiness and sometimes bad jokes, pushes me forward. Kara truly cares about helping others stay fit and healthy for the things they enjoy in life. Kara ensures my technique is correct and plans ahead for our upcoming workout. I recommend following your workout with a relaxing massage to sooth your muscles and ease your pain. You’ll be happy you did.

Kara is my personal trainer and she is absolutely wonderful! Our workouts are just the right level to challenge me while making sure to protect past injuries that I’ve had. Kara, oh Kara. I love that ray of sunshine in the mornings. I’ve been consistently training with Kara in my home since the pandemic began and at the gym, even before she started her own personal training business. I feel so much more in shape since I made this 3-days-a-week commitment to work with Kara. I’m 72 and I want to be active and continue to flyfish and stay strong. She works around my aches and pains with my knee and sometimes my shoulder. I am so grateful to have her in my physical fitness routine. She is very knowledgeable about the body and how and what type of stretching can help extend my range of motion. She adds in a bit of balance routines from time to time to help with my stability. And she gives a great massage.
