If you have equipment, great—we’ll make the most of it. If not, no problem. I bring everything we need to get an effective, safe workout right where you are. You’ll learn how to move with confidence, improve strength and balance, and build healthy habits that actually stick.

Virtual Personal Training

Can’t train in person? No problem. My virtual personal training sessions bring the same structure, accountability, and personalized coaching—right to your screen.

 

These are not pre-recorded workouts or DIY plans. Just like my in-home sessions, virtual training is scheduled, live, and fully one-on-one. We’ll meet at your set appointment time via Zoom, FaceTime, or Messenger, and I’ll guide you through each movement with real-time feedback, encouragement, and modifications as needed.

 

Whether you’re at home, traveling, or just prefer training in your own space, you’ll still get a customized program and expert coaching tailored to your goals and fitness level—with no drop in quality or care.
