This completed form must be submitted to Kara prior to the scheduled visit to allow proper time planning.

How It Works:

• 4 people = ~30 minutes each
• 5 people = ~24 minutes each
• 6 people = ~20 minutes each
• 7 people = ~17 minutes each
• 8 people = ~15 minutes each
• 9 people = ~13 minutes each
• 10 people = ~12 minutes each
• 11 people = ~11 minutes each
• 12 people = ~10 minutes each
